Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryJAMES ROBERT (BUDDY) HART It is with great sadness that we announce the death of our beloved husband, father and grandfather, James Robert (Buddy) Hart, 71 years old, on Saturday, October 13, 2001 at the Norway House Indian Hospital. He is survived by his loving wife Nora; daughters, Ila Wilson (Robert), and Cynthia King (Francis) sons, Robert Hart (Beverly), Alex and Edward; and six grandchildren, Rick and Bobbie Wilson, Darren Hart, Nathan and Danika King, and Aimee Scribe. He is survived by his sisters, Grace Law (Ron) and Laura Mowatt; and his sisters-in-law, Betsy Muskego, Hattie Apetagon, Susie Albert, Maggie Smith (Edward), Rose Scott; and brothers-in-law, Norman Albert, James Albert (Phyllis), Ken Albert (Joanne), and numerous nieces, nephews, and friends. He was predeceased by his parents, Alec and Ila Hart; stepmother Emma; son Dennis; and his aunt Mary Saunders. Buddy was born in Norway House on April 15, 1930. He attended school in Norway House. He joined the Armed Forces in 1950 with PPCLI Airborne Division, and served in the Korea War until 1953. He returned to Norway House and served as a Stationary Engineer with the Norway House Indian Hospital until his retirement in 1985. He has been a loving father, grandfather, and a great friend to many people. Buddys inner strength was appreciated by all who knew him, and he will be truly missed. The family would like to thank the staff of the Norway House Indian Hospital as well as all the friends and community who given us their prayers and support during this difficult time. We did not know that day, The sadness the time would bring. The severe pain and sorrow, To part with the one we love so dear. You told your partner in life, That you were near. So you put out your hand, To touch the skies, You leave a memory so cherished, And the care that you felt, You will not be forgotten, As we feel you in our hearts. Funeral services will be held at the St. Marks Anglican Church, Norway House, MB, on Tuesday, October 16, at 1:00 p.m.
