FLORENCE WOOLLEY Our "Nanny", Florence May Woolley, 98 years, resident at Tache Nursing Centre, St. Boniface, MB, passed from this world, to join her husband Jack who predeceased her in 1968. Florence was born April 13, 1903, in Barking Town, England, and accompanied her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Fred Raven to Canada in 1905 at age two. She was predeceased by brothers, Fred and Dick; and by sisters, Annie, Nellie and Frances. Surviving her is brother-in-law George Kemp, Nellies husband, daughter Helen Kissack and husband Gerry, all of Winnipeg, daughter Vivian Gibson of Everett, WA, four grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. Florence will join husband Jack and the others, bringing with her the unconditional love she demonstrated to all who knew her. She was always there to mend a relationship, adopt a newcomer and embrace the present with her volunteer activity, and was deserving, in 1980, of a special community service award presented to her by then Mayor Bill Norrie. A Service of Remembrance will be held at a later date when members of Nans family can gather in her honour. We love You Nan! NEIL BARDAL INC. 949-2200
