Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryCHARLES HOLMES July 3, 1932 - October 16, 2001 A Time To Remember Charles Holmes passed away peacefully in the early morning on Tuesday, October 16, 2001. He leaves behind his two loving sisters, Pauline Corbett and Geraldine Cloutier and their families. Charles was born in The Pas, MB and left home at an early age to begin his working life. He was a dedicated, hard working employee at Dents Meat Factory and the Convention Centre. He was a kind and gentle man, and lived a quite peaceful existence. It is hard to say good-bye to our beloved brother and uncle but we know he is finally at peace and will be eternally protected. The loving arms of his mother and father will reach out to embrace him and take all the hurt away. A service for friends and family will be held on Friday, October 19 at 1:30 p.m. in the Leatherdale Gardiner Funeral Chapel, 1858 Portage Ave. Special thanks to the staff at The Maples Nursing Home for their dedicated and compassionate care. If friends so desire, donations in Charles memory may be made to the Canadian Diabetes Assoc. 102-310 Broadway Ave. Wpg. MB R3C 0S6.
