IRENE "LOOKEY" MARY TUESDAY (nee CAMPBELL) 1944 - 2001 "NIIOOGAANWEWIDAMOOG" - "LEADING VOICE" It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden death of our beloved mother, sister and auntie, Irene Tuesday, on October 15, 2001. She will be missed and remembered dearly by her son Wayne (Lenore) Campbell; her sisters, Virginia (Gunter) Schewenzer, Jane Campbell, Sylvia Major, Dorothy Campbell (Brian Jones), Barbara (Clarence) Nepinak, Angela (Allan) Beaulieu, Leonas (Tom) Favell; and her brother Joseph Campbell. She also leaves behind numerous nieces and nephews, relatives and friends. She was predeceased by her parents, Charles and Emma Campbell; sister Elizabeth Meeches; infant sister Dorothy and infant brother. Wake will be held on Thursday, October 18 at 7:00 p.m., and a traditional service will be led by Elder Charlie Nelson on Friday, October 19 at 1:00 p.m., both at the Aboriginal Funeral Home, 724 Selkirk Ave. Interment will follow at Brookside Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Aboriginal Services Dialysis Christmas Dinner Fund at St. Boniface Hospital & Research Foundation. Meegwetch
