ALICE MOUSSEAU Peacefully on Tuesday, October 16, 2001 at the Ste. Rose General Hospital, Alice Mousseau (nee Houle) passed away at the age of 72 years. Alice was predeceased by her father Pierre Houle; her step-father Walter Flett; as well as three children, Lisa, Thomas, Gilles; and one grandchild Johnny Mousseau-Wood. She leaves to mourn her passing and cherish many fond memories, her husband Leonard; her sons, Douglas (Delores), Gordon (Estelle), Garth (Nancy), Wayne, and Marcel; her daughters, Rose (Mike) Petroff, Judy (Allen) Leblanc, Ina (John) Wood; her mother Edith Flett; her brothers, Percy (Mary) Houle, Edward (Rita) Houle, Lawrence Teddy Boy Houle (Michelle), Jimmy (Valerie) Flett; her sisters, Doreen (Joe) Malcolm, Claudia (Edward) Houle, Susan (Jerry) Head, Gertrude Flett, Myrtle (David) Hanslip, and her special friend Donnie Leslie; along with 16 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces, nephews, and friends. A traditional wake and prayer service will be held on Friday, October 19 beginning at 5:00 p.m. from the Ebb & Flow Band Hall. Funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 20 at 2:00 p.m. from the Ebb & Flow Band Hall. Fr. Reynold Omictin will officiate, with the interment following in the Ebb & Flow Cemetery. Active pallbearers will be Denis Houle, Dean Malcolm, Wayne Houle, Jeffery Houle, Floyd Flett, and Joe Eichen. All of Alices family and friends are to consider themselves as honorary pallbearers.
