Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryRAE LENORE VOGEN On October 21, 2001 at the St. Boniface Hospital, Rae Vogen, aged 70 years, of Selkirk, MB passed away peacefully. Rae was born in Selkirk on March 21, 1931 and had lived there all her life. She enjoyed travelling which included trips to Hawaii, and all across the USA and Canada. She was a generous and kindhearted woman with a good sense of humour and always willing to lend a helping hand. Rae leaves surviving a daughter June; a son Bob; grandsons, Erick and Jesse; and a brother Vernon Calder, all of Selkirk. Also a special niece Jodeen and her daughter Autumn, as well as many other nieces, nephews and friends. She was predeceased by her husband William; and brothers, Archie (Bunty) and Tommy. A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, October 24 at 2:00 p.m. in the Gilbart Funeral Chapel, Selkirk, with Rev. Hugh Laidlaw officiating. A private family interment of ashes will take place in the St. Clements Cemetery. If friends so desire, donations in Raes memory can be made to the Canadian Diabetes Society or the Arthritis Society.
