Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryNORMAN STACHIW June 6, 1940 - October 23, 2001 It is with great sadness to announce the passing of Norman Stachiw on October 23, 2001 in his home. Norman is survived by his mother Stella Bucij; his wife Mildred; children, Nevin, Aldean and Landen; his brother Edward Hamilton; and other relatives and friends who brought much happiness and memories in his life. He was predeceased by his father in 1955 and his step-father in 1972. Norm served the public as a teacher for over 27 years; he took early retirement and enjoyed the next six years of his life travelling with his wife, guiding his children, and laughing with people he loved. Through the good and the bad, Norman was loved and his inner beauty could always be recognized in his eyes, they told so much. He has been taken before his time but will live in our hearts forever. His smile, his laughter, his sensitivity etched in our hearts for all time. Visitation will be held Friday, October 26, between 7:00 p.m. and 8:30 p.m. in the chapel of Voyage Funeral Home, 220 Hespeler Ave. at Henderson Highway.
