WILLIAM (BILL) CAMPBELL HOMINICK Suddenly, Bill passed away at the age of 34 in Detroit, MI. Bill was born and raised in Transcona. He attended Radisson, John Gunn, Transcona Collegiate and Red River College. During those years, Bill worked for Top-Line Auto Supply Ltd. He worked in Calgary for Northern Telecom; returning to Winnipeg he became employed with Honeywell which eventually took him to New Orleans. He then changed to Wartsila and his job with them involved a lot of travelling. Growing up, Bill was very active in hockey and enjoyed most sports. Left to mourn his passing are his fiancee Ana Buitrpgo of New Orleans; mother Nan Hominick and friend Nick Darawet; sister Kendra Haight (Cliff) niece Kiersten Haight; father Ken Hominick (Gayle) stepsisters, LeVerne and Cory Tucker (Ken) also aunts, uncles and cousins. A memorial service will be held on Monday, October 29 at 1:00 p.m. at the Transcona Funeral Chapel, 1800 Day St., with Rev. Carol Fletcher officiating. Interment at the Transcona Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Bills memory to a charity of your choice. Transcona Funeral Chapel in care of arrangements.
