She was predeceased by her husband Ted in August of 1990. She will be greatly missed by her four children, Ted, Don (Phyllis), Joan (Jim), Sandra (Neill) and her six grandchildren, Brett, Craig, Sandra (Dennis), Teresa (David), James, Kim; and her three great- grandchildren, Tyler, Ryan and Emily. Verna was born on February 24, 1907 in Quarryville, NB to Lucy and Benjamin Jardine. She graduated as a RN in Caribou, ME on October 29, 1929. A private family service will be held.
