Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryJACK ALVIN (AL) LOBSON Born July 26, 1933, Winnipeg, MB passed away peacefully October 22, 2001 in his 68th year in MSA Hospital, Abbotsford. He will be missed by his wife of 47 years, Lorna; mother Beatrice Lobson; children, Kathy (Ron) Bartel, Ken (Belinda) and Mike (Ellen) grandchildren, Jacqueline, Julia, Lucas and Michaela, Phillip and Willy; brothers, George (Doreen) Victoria, BC, Norman (Marilyn), Arthur (Joyce), Erwin (Elaine) Winnipeg. He left behind a legacy of hospitality, generosity and attention to detail. Retired in 1988 Al worked for over 33 years as Comptroller and Director of Finance for Labatts Breweries in Winnipeg, Edmonton, Saskatoon and Vancouver. A memorial service will be held Friday, October 26 at 3:00 p.m. at Peace Lutheran Church, 2029 Ware St., Abbotsford, BC. In lieu of flowers donations to the Abbotsford Hospice Society care of 33134 Marshall Rd., Abbotsford, BC V2S 1K4.
