BROCK VINCENT DILELLO AND KOLTON GINO DILELLO Brock Vincent DiLello and Kolton Gino DiLello were born on September 17, 2001. On September 18, 2001 Brock chose eternal life. On October 20, 2001 Kolton chose to join his identical twin brother. The boys will be sadly missed but forever remembered by their parents, Lori (Dedee) Carson and Vincent (Gino) DiLello; their brother Cody and their family. We hold in our hearts the fond memories of our sons. On a weekly basis through ultrasound technology we had the opportunity to watch our twins grow from 15 weeks until their birth date at 28 weeks. Each week our memories are alive with the early development stages of our boys. We were able to watch them sleep and change positions. At times Brock would perform his aerobic activities where his wee arms and legs would bend back and forth and back and forth, all the while Kolton, remaining patient with his brothers outbursts of energy. As time went on, we were able to count their fingers and toes and as they grew so did their ever playful ways with each other. It warmed our hearts to know, that while Mom and Dad were preparing their nursery, they had a "play space womb". We are thankful that we were able to hold, touch and kiss both our boys until their final breaths. We were able to feel the true power of unconditional love and had we to walk this path knowing the final outcome, we would not have changed one moment. We will always feel extremely blessed to have shared in their short journey. We know our boys were angels in waiting and needed a vehicle to grow their wings. We find comfort in knowing that our boys destination is in the safest, best possible place and are in the greatest loving arms of "God". Twins were born for a short time They chose to live in other form Why we ask in our despair We needed to hold you both so near Mommy and Daddy we are not gone Were very much alive look deep youll see Though physically you can not see our being Our spirit lives forever it does not die Believe in this we ask of you Peace will then come to both of you. Special thanks to Dr. Reid and Marie Hadfeild in the Fetal Assessment Unit who went beyond the call of duty. We would like to thank the medical staff at the Womens Centre. And a special thanks to all the medical staff in NICU who again went beyond the call of duty for our sons and we the parents.
