HELEN ELLEN FORBES 1916 - 2001 Helen Ellen Forbes passed away on October 29, 2001 at Manitoba Development Centre in Portage la Prairie. She was predeceased by her mother Emma, father Charles, and stepmother Elsie. She is survived by her brother Douglas Forbes; and sisters, Clara Kjear and Betty Forbes. Funeral service will be held Friday, November 2 at 1:30 p.m. in the Aspen Centre at Manitoba Development Centre, Portage la Prairie. Interment is to follow in the Kildonan Presbyterian Cemetery, Winnipeg, MB, A tree will be planted and cared for in memory of Helen by McKenzies Portage Funeral Chapel, who are entrusted with the arrangements, 857-4021.
