Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryLOUIS EARL LAWRENCE On Tuesday, November 6, 2001, Louis passed away peacefully at the Grace General Hospital at the age of 77. Louis is survived by his wife Margaret; and their children, Linda (John) Morgan, Raymond (Joanne), Jacqueline (Wayne) Haselhan, Shelley (Dale) Haselhan, Louis (Becky), Dean (Shelley), Kimberley (Robert) Reimann; and his brother Oscar from Edmonton. He will also be missed by his grandchildren; great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews. Dad was born November 5, 1924, in Winnipeg, MB. He joined the Armed Forces in 1945 and served during the Second World War. He was employed at Gainers and P&H Food Limited for 30 years until his retirement in 1987. The family would like to thank all the staff at Grace Hospital for their care, compassion and professionalism. We will always appreciate their support. A memorial service for close family will be held on Friday, November 9, at 10:00 a.m. at Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1442 Main St. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Louiss memory to the Alzheimer Society of Manitoba, 10-120 Donald St., Winnipeg, MB, R3C 4G2. I have recently lost my mom and grandmother. It has brought me to think of my grandfather and how much that I miss him. I have often gone to his gravesite to visit him and my great grandmother, When, I do go and visit and think of him. I remember when he would hug me he always would squeeze my head. Miss you grandpa.
