Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryJOSEPH MAGNAN Suddenly, after a brief illness, it is with deep regret that we announce the death of Joseph Magnan, on Thursday, November 8, 2001 at the Tache Nursing Centre, at the age of 76 years. He leaves to mourn two brothers, Gerard (Agnes), Fr. Gonzague; five sisters, Angeline Bedard, Agathe Maurice (Louis), Sr. Odile Magnan, Gisele Courcelles (Lionel), and Berthe Remillard (Yves) several nieces and nephews; as well as sisters-in-law Heloise Magnan and Ruth Magnan. Joseph was predeceased by his parents, Remi and Josephine Magnan, and six brothers. Joseph was born in Ste. Anne-des-Chenes, MB on February 4, 1925. Since his early 20s, he resided in St. Boniface where he worked as a laborer until 1982. Funeral mass will be celebrated on Monday, November 12 at 1:00 p.m. in the St. Eugene Roman Catholic Church, 1007 St. Marys Rd. with Reverend Fr. Marcel Toupin presiding. The service will conclude at the church. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Tache Nursing Centre, 185 Despins St., Winnipeg, MB.
