RICHARD WILLIAM HOHENSTEIN After a short illness and a courageous battle with cancer, we are sad to announce the passing of Rick Hohenstein, on November 10, 2001 at Seven Oaks General Hospital at the age of 56. He will be remembered always by Lillian, son Kevin, Beth, Wendy, Tom, Dayle, Devan, sister Peg (Doug), Don, godchild Sharron (Reece), Hannah and his special friend Jurgen and numerous family and friends. Rick was predeceased by his father, mother and daughter Bonnie Sue. Rick was a long haul bus and truck driver. Previously the owner of Executive Limousine Service. He was recently employed by Springtaxi, and thought highly of Tom Springman. Rick made many friends during his lifetime and was always there with a helping hand. Special thanks to Dr. Kevin Saunders and staff from the 5th floor at the Seven Oaks General Hospital. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, November 14, between the hours of 1:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. at the Edward J. Coutu Chapel, 680 Archibald St. In lieu of flowers, donations in Bonnie Sues memory may be made to the Canadian Diabetes Association. A private family interment will take place at a later date.
