ALEXANDER GEORGE BOULETTE (Pa Pa - Swamper) Peacefully at the age of 83 years, Alexander George Boulette (Pa Pa - Swamper) passed away on Saturday, November 10, 2001 at the Charleswood Care Centre in Winnipeg, MB, with his loving family at his side. Pa Pa got his wish to be with his loving wife Hilda Marie. He is survived by his 10 children, Jeanette Doyle (Paul) of Pine Falls, Alex (Barbara) of St. Cloud, MN, Doreen Besenski (Dennis) of Vonda, SK, Wilmer (Millie) of Manigotagan, Fred (Judy) of Winnipeg, Barry (Emily) of Lac du Bonnet, Deanice Ayers (Clinton) of Manigotagan, Diane Johnson (Stefan) of Beausejour, Henry (Doreen) of Manigotagan, Shannon Baker (Clifford) of Red Lake, ON; 41 grandchildren; 49 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grand-children; three sisters, Dot, Dee Dee and Freda; and brother Harry (Lux) as well as numerous nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his loving wife Hilda; and three infant sons; brothers, John, Frank, Fred; and his sisters, Myrna, Tina, Ruth and Dorothy; as well as grandchildren, Wayne, Joe and Pernell; and two great-grandchildren, Danielle and Duston; as well as his parents, Harry and Elizabeth Boulette. Papa had a gentle and joyful nature. He enjoyed people of all ages and loved to play cribbage and blitz. His favourite pastimes were playing bingo and watching TV Wrestling. Papa was a hard working mechanic for most of his life. He enjoyed spending time with his family and was always entertained by his grandchildren. Papa will always be remembered for his mischievous smile and his great sense of humour. A family prayer service will be held on Thursday, November 15 at 7:00 p.m. from Russell Funeral Home, Beausejour, MB. Funeral services will be held on Friday, November 16 at 2:00 p.m. at the Manigotagan Community Centre, with Fr. Randall Morrisseau officiating. Interment will be beside his loving wife Hilda Marie in the Manigotagan Cemetery. Friends may pay their respects at the Community Centre one hour prior to services. Pallbearers will be his grandsons, Ryan, Cory, Christopher, Paul, Jason, and Kristijon. If friends so desire, memorial donations in his memory may be made to the Charleswood Care Centre, 5501 Roblin Blvd., Winnipeg, MB. The family would like to extend their deep appreciation to the nurses and aides for their love and kindness shown to Papa during his stay at the Charleswood Care Centre.
