GEORGINA SWARK On Tuesday, November 13, 2001 at the Carman Memorial Hospital in Carman, MB. Georgina Swark aged 76 years, beloved wife of Roy Swark of Carman. Georgina leaves to cherish her memory her husband of 54 years Roy, her children, Garry Stanley Joseph and his wife Liz Swark, Michael Roy and his wife Louise Swark, Kelly John and his wife Robyn Swark, Mary Ann Josephine and her husband Lars Hougaard; her grandchildren, Kandie, Ginger, Devyn, Austin and Aidan Swark. Also surviving are two brothers, George and wife Irene Van Damme; Rene and Isabel Van Damme; two half sisters, Ida De Maertelaere and Madeline Dupre; two sisters-in-law, Simone Van Damme and Cecile Van Damme. She was predeceased by two brothers, Leo and Bazil Van Damme; by one sister Mary and her husband Joseph De Vos. Cremation has taken place. Prayers will be said from Our Lady of Mount Carmel Catholic Church in Carman on Friday, November 16 at 7:00 p.m. with Funeral Mass to follow on Saturday, November 17 at 11:00 a.m. with Fr. Martin Houston officiating. Interment will be in the Carman Cemetery. If friend so desire, memorial donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society, 193 Sherbrook St., Winnipeg, MB. R3C 2B7.
