Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryLAURA WALLIN Quietly she slipped away in Gods loving care to join her husband of 44 years, Gus Wallin. Laura was born November 26, 1912 in St. Boniface, the second youngest daughter of Elise and Pierre Gladu. She was predeceased by brother Pete, sisters, Rose, Mary, Anne and Donalda. Laura and Gus worked for a number of years with H.C. Paul and Company, making many good long time friends. Gus passed away August 6, 1989. Laura resided in their home until her death. Behind her quiet and reserved appearance was a loving strong independent lady. These last two years had been difficult for Laura who was unable to go shopping on her own by bus, something she loved to do. She will be sadly missed by her sister Eva Schlorff of Reno, Nevada; her nephews, Ronald of California, Bill of Winnipeg; nieces, Doreen of Whiteshell Lake, Margaret of Calgary, Irene of Nevada, Lorraine of California, Elaine of St. Claude, MB and their families. Cremation has taken place. A memorial service will be held on Monday, November 19 at 10:00 a.m. in Green Acres Funeral Chapel, Hwy #1 East at Green Acres Lane. Interment will follow in Green Acres Memorial Gardens. We wish to thank her very good neighbours Roger and Helen for their frequent assistance and H.C. Paul family and Furgale families for their long time friendship and support to Laura and Gus. "Be beautiful inside, in your hearts, with the lasting charm of a gentle and quiet spirit that is so precious to God." 1 Peter 3:4 GREEN ACRES FUNERAL CHAPEL 222-3241
