Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryGIULIA BUCCINI (nee CARANFA) Peacefully, on November 15, 2001 at Central Park Lodge, Giulia Buccini passed away at the age of 92 years. She was predeceased by her husband Vitorio in 1980; her daughter-in-law Louise in 1996; her brothers, Antonio and Pasquale Caranfa; and her sister Paulina Di Ianni. She leaves to cherish her memory, sisters, Teresa (Guiseppe) Mancini and Leonilde Del Grosso; her only son Emidio and his wife Elena; three granddaughters, Jocelyn (Rick) Kehler, Suzanne (Blaine) Snyder, Lisa (David) Hay; eight great-grandchildren; three stepgranddaughters; one stepgrandson and their families. Giulia was born in Villalago, Italy on May 14, 1909. She came to Canada in 1952 with her family. She had a strong and simple faith, which was manifested by her great generosity and love of family. Prayers will be held at Holy Rosary Church, 510 River Ave., on Sunday, November 18 at 7:00 p.m. Funeral mass will be held on Monday, November 19 at 10:00 a.m., at Holy Rosary Church, with Fr. Sam Argenziano presiding. Interment will follow in the Green Acres Memorial Gardens Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Rick Kehler, Curtis Kehler, David Hay, Paul Del Grosso, Tito Di Paulo and Tony Di Ianni. In lieu of flowers, those who so wish may make a donation to the Centro Caboto Center, 1055 Wilkes Ave., Winnipeg, MB R3P 2L7.
