ISABEL HOLT (nee KERNAGHAN) Peacefully, on Tuesday, November 20, 2001, Isabel Holt passed away at Grace Hospital at the age of 87 years. Isabel was predeceased by her husband Frank; son-in-law Allen Sargeant; sisters, Margaret Baird, Agnes Vialoux, Rose Stoddart, Marjorie Richardson and brother Fred McKay. Isabel leaves to mourn her two daughters, Linda Sargeant of East Grand Forks and Lauralee McMillan (Brian) of Winnipeg; her cherished grandchildren, Debbie (Randy) Olson, Cathy (Dave) Brook, Karen (Steve) Risbey, Karl McMillan, Karla (Jim) Hines and ten great-grandchildren; her sister Alice Davis of Winnipeg; brother Robert McKay of New Castle; as well as numerous nieces, nephews and friends. Isabel was employed by the Hudson Bay and Sears for a number of years. She also was a member of the Reserves, Dental Corps Division as a Staff Sergeant. She was a member of the ANAF #283 where she enjoyed visiting with friends and playing Bingo. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 24 at 1:00 p.m. at Neil Bardal Inc., 984 Portage Avenue, entrance on Aubrey Street.
