He was predeceased by his father Gerald Claud Chilton (1981) brothers, John Chilton (1956), David Chilton (1992) nephew Danny Stenson (2000). Gerry started with Air Canada in 1986 in the maintenance department painting planes, and continued working there up to the time of his illness. All that knew Gerry, knows of his sense of humour, and great smile he wore all the time. He loved playing hockey and watching his son Shawn play. He especially enjoyed his summers down at Belair Beach and the time spent with his children. This was always the highlight of the summer for him. As per his wishes cremation has taken place.
