Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryOLGA STREMBICKI (nee SENYK) On November 23, 2001, Olga (Ollie) Strembicki passed away peacefully at the Concordia Hospital at the age of 76 years. Olga is survived by her husband Joe, daughters, Donna and Gail (Ted) grandchildren, Traci (Jim) and Kerry, Saundra and Terrlyn; great-grandchildren, Tyler and Nikolas; and special daughter Jo-Anne; brother-in-law Ed Polyschuk; and nephew Donald. She was predeceased by her parents, Michael and Anna; sister Pearl; and brother Bill. Mom was always friendly and outgoing which served her well, working many years at the Oxford Grill and later until retirement from The Bay. Mom very much enjoyed bowling and doing her jigsaw puzzles. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Canadian Diabetes Association or to a charity of choice. Prayers will be offered Monday evening, November 26 at 7:00 p.m. at the Transcona Funeral Chapel, 1800 Day St. Funeral service to follow on Tuesday, November 27 at 10:00 a.m. also at the chapel. Fr. Andrew Wach officiating. Burial to follow at the Transcona Cemetery. Transcona Funeral Chapel in care of arrangements.
