E. FLORENCE COOPER The family of Florence Cooper sadly announce her passing on Friday, November 23, 2001 at Deer Lodge Centre. Florence was born in Manitou, MB on December 8, 1910 to Henry and Florence Burke. She was predeceased by her husband Sidney Cooper. Florence is survived by her son John Cooper (Elaine) of Calgary, AB; her daughter Judith Taylor (Allen) of River Falls, WI; granddaughter Marcia Shaw (Bob) of Surrey, BC; grandson Michael Cooper (Lori) of Calgary, AB; two great-granddaughters; granddaughters, Anne Bowden (Mark) of Kansas City, MO and Colleen Shafer (Michael) Singapore; and nieces and nephews. She is also survived by special friends, Ann Cribbs, Carol and Gary Cribbs, Charlyn and Richard Bastin. Special thanks for the kindness of the staff at Deer Lodge, 3 East, and at Oakview Extendicare. In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to a charity of your choice. Memorial service will be held on Tuesday, November 27 at 3:00 p.m. at the Chapel Lawn Funeral Home, 4000 Portage Ave. Interment and reception will follow.
