FRANK DOMANSKI Frank passed away peacefully with his granddaughter Cindy by his side on December 2, 2001, at Meadowood Manor, at the age of 92 years. Frank will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by his daughter Helen (Joseph) son Peter (Mary) grandchildren, Chris (Wendy), Perry (Elaine), Cindy (Rick), Bob (Kelly), Rick (Janice), Darrin (Kim) and Jim; great-grandson Jesse; great-granddaughter Taylor; great-great-granddaughter Kirsten; sisters, Mary (Nick), Julie, Helen (Roy) brothers, Joe (Eileen), Stanley (Adele) and Walter (Verna) and sister-in-law Jean; as well as several nieces, nephews and relatives. Frank was born in Cooks Creek, MB on January 18, 1909. He married Katherine in 1929, and they lived in Garson until 1941 when they moved to Winnipeg. Frank worked for several construction companies and retired from Eatons in 1974. In 1999 Katherine and Frank celebrated their 70th wedding anniversary. Frank was always ready to help family and friends with his carpentry skills. The family would like to thank the staff at Meadowood Manor for the care that they provided, and to Fr. Peeters for the weekly visits. Funeral service will be held in the chapel of Glen Eden Funeral Home, 4477 Main St., on Wednesday, December 5 at 10:30 a.m. Interment will take place in Glen Eden Memorial Gardens. A gathering of family and friends will follow in the Glen Eden Reception Centre. Memorial donations may be made in Franks memory to the Meadowood Manor Building Fund, 575 St. Annes Rd., Winnipeg, MB R2M 5B2.
