Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryROSA SCHLAUG (Nee GRIESBAUER) Peacefully, after a brief illness, Rosa passed away on December 7, 2001. She is survived by her daughter Antonia (Heinz), also four grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Rosa was predeceased by her husband Josef in 1986. Rosas favourite pastime was spending time with her grandchildren, being actively involved in St. Alphonsus Church, gardening, mushroom picking, peeling potatoes for perogies at St. Alphonsus and driving her Mustang. She was a very kind person, helping friends and family whenever she could. Prayers will be held on Monday, December 10 at 7:30 p.m. at St. Alphonsus Roman Catholic Church, Munroe Avenue and Brazier Street. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Tuesday, December 11 at 11:00 a.m. also at the Church with a Fr. Jorge Villegas, O.F.M.Cap. officiating. Interment will follow in Green Acres Memorial Gardens. The family would like to thank the staff at St. Boniface Palliative Care for their care and compassion. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Rosas memory to St. Alphonsus Church, 300 Donalda Ave., Winnipeg, MB, R2K 1G7 or a charity of ones choice. CROPO FUNERAL CHAPEL 586-8044
