PARKER MAXWELL SANSREGRET Max Sansregret, most precious son of Cathy Collins and Napoleon Sansregret, passed from this life to the next on Sunday, December 9, 2001 at the age of eight. Left behind to mourn our loss of Max are his Mom and Dad; sister Amanda; Grandma and Grandpa Collins, Granny and Grandpa Sansregret; Aunties, Sharon, Nancy, Lisa, Celeste and Amanda; Uncles, Gord, Emil and Brian; half-siblings, Rachel and Nicholas; cousins, Chantal, Jennifer, Kyle, Cody, Steven and Reuel. Max will be very sadly missed by his many, many friends. His charm, enthusiasm and sense of humour brought a smile to all whose lives he touched. Maxs passing has left a gap in so many hearts that can never again be filled. For those who knew and loved him know that there will never again be someone quite like Max. Special thanks to Dr. Cheryl Greenberg, Dr. Chitra Prasad, Louise Dilling, Dr. Blair Seifert, Dr. Stan Liprowski, the nurses on CK5 and PICU at Winnipegs Childrens Hospital and the nurses in PCCU at Childrens Hospital of Western Ontario for their dedication and caring. For those close to Max who wish to have a private moment alone with him, a viewing will take place on Friday, December 14 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Thomson Funeral Chapel at 669 Broadway. Mass will be held on Saturday, December 15 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Paul the Apostle Church at 2400 Portage Ave. If friends so wish, they may make a donation in Maxs memory to one of the following.
