MARGARET ISABELLE STEPHENS (nee BRANNON) Peacefully on Wednesday, December 12, 2001, Margaret Stephens passed away at Oakview Place Extendicare at the age of 88 years. Margaret was predeceased by her husband Barry Albert Stephens (Bart) in 1982, a baby daughter and sister Elizabeth Milne. She is survived by her four sons, Jack (Ann), Garry (Rose), Dan (Jill) and Bob; 17 grandchildren and 21 great grandchildren who were her pride and joy. She also leaves many nieces and nephews and her special friends Fred Vosper and Barbara Duffill. Margaret was a faithful member of Deer Lodge United Church for many years. Margaret had an excellent sense of humour, always enjoying a good joke and a laugh. Her positive nature can be attributed to her love of family who meant everything to her and her great faith in her Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. The family would like to extend their appreciation and thank you to Metropolitan Kiwanis Courts, Oakview Place extendicare and the Grace Hospital staff, 5th Floor and Emergency Room. A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, December 18 at 1:00 p.m. at Kiwanis Courts, 2300 Ness Avenue.
