MARGARET SOLILAK (nee DEWALD) Peacefully on December 12, 2001 at Seven Oaks General Hospital, Mrs. Margaret Solilak, aged 82 years, of Winnipeg. Margaret was predeceased by her husband Nicholas. She is survived by her sons, Lawrence, and Peter (Susan) daughter-in-law Ailene Solilak; and sister Dorothy Wilson all of Winnipeg. She also leaves five grandchildren, Paul, Jill, Jade, Morgan, and Kate Solilak. Margaret was born in Winnipeg and received her education at Machray School. She met Nick and they were married in August 1947. Margaret stayed at home to her raise their family. Cremation has taken place and a memorial service will be held on Saturday, December 15, 1:00 p.m. at Christ Lutheran Church, 815 Inkster Blvd. Rev. D. Engel officiating. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Canadian Diabetes Foundation. Neil Bardal in care of arrangements. 949-2200.
