Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryHUGH SCOTT ELLISON With his family by his side, Hugh Scott Ellison at the age of 66, passed away December 10, 2001 after a bravely fought battle with unforseen complications following surgery. With heavy hearts and extreme sadness we share the loss of our Husband, Father, Grandfather and Great-Grandfather. Hugh was born August 8, 1935 in Stonewall, MB and raised in Stony Mountain, MB. After enjoying a long career with the Provincial Government, Hugh retired to his loved beach property at Sandy Hook, MB. Hugh is survived by his beloved wife Treasure; daughters, Kim (Amanda), Kelly (Murray) grandsons, Nicholas (Amanda), Christopher (Kasey) great-grandchildren Jorden, Atlanta, Ashley, Breyden, Cole and umpas cherished baby Bella. Also missing Hugh are his brother Bob (June), family of Stony Mountain and extended family, sister-in-law Ann and family of Beausejour. Brother-in-law Gary (Kathleen) of Lac Du Bonnet. Mother-in-law Edith McNaughton of Winnipeg. Hugh will always be remembered for his strong, supportive, loving presence. All our little people will greatly miss the hugs, kisses and loving cuddles from their grandpa. Funeral services will be held in the chapel of Voyage Funeral Home, 220 Hespeler Avenue, December 18 at 1:00 p.m. with viewing one half hour prior to service. Private family interment to follow at a later date. The family gratefully declines flowers; a donation in Hughs name may be made to the charity of ones choice. Dearest dad you have mom back in your arms ... I imagine the two of you happily reunited dancing to Roger W....the cutest couple...your treasure protectively, delicately wrapped in your warmth of your loving embrace. She missed you desperately and surrendered so peacefully. Until we meet again dear dad take good care of each other.
