KARL (CHARLES) KULLMAN We are saddened to announce the sudden passing of our dear husband and father Charles. Charlie or Chas as he was known to many, was born on October 29, 1913. He attended Florence Nightingale and Lord Nelson Schools and was an avid sportsman in his early years. He began his working career on the stock trading floor. He served in the Armed Forces during the Second World War and received an honorable discharge. Chas, a quiet and unassuming man, was very skilled with his hands and was proud of his many accomplishments as a furniture finisher. He served Gensers well for 35 years and was recognized for his outstanding service. His working career not yet complete and loving people as he did, he joined the staff of the Society for Manitobans with Disabilities before retiring to enjoy life to the fullest. Chas was a family man and he was also very proud of the cottage he built in Ponemah; his little place of heaven while on earth. Chas is survived by his wife of 61 years, Sophie; his daughters, Carol (Alan) and Trudy; his sister Lydia and brother Paul as well as many nieces and nephews. Our sincere thanks to Drs. J. Blicker and D. Graves of the Health Sciences Centre, the Paramedics and Fire Department Rescue Team. A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, December 18 at 1:00 p.m. at Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1442 Main St. with Msgr. Maurice Comeault, P.H.,V.F. officiating. A private innichement will take place at a later date. Should friends so desire, donations may be made in Chass memory to a charity of choice. CROPO FUNERAL CHAPEL 586-8044
