Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryLILLIAN AGNES JONES (nee OHEARN) Our beloved mother passed away peacefully with her family by her side on December 15, 2001 at Seven Oaks Hospital. Mom was born October 12, 1904 in Pokeshaw, NB and in 1925 moved to Manitoba. Mom and Dad met in Winnipeg and married in 1926. Mom was predeceased in 1995 by Cyril after 69 years of marriage; son-in-law Casey Caslake; granddaughter Sheri Caslake; grandson-in-law Stephen Evans. She is survived by one son and three daughters, Ormond (Irene), Margaret Caslake, Mabel (Ken) Finnie, Mary (Lou) Bonneteau; 18 grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren; niece Eileen Mowat of Winnipeg and many nieces and nephews in Eastern Canada and U.S.A. Mom was the fifth sibling of the OHearn family, predeceased by her brother Joe and three sisters, Annie, Margaret and Winnie. Mom and Dad farmed in Homewood for 44 years, making many friends. Mom loved tending to all the farm animals, especially her cats. Moms great pleasure was family gatherings. Her hobbies were gardening, crotchet, baking and playing cards. After Dad passed away, she left the farm to reside in Carman. After six years she then moved to Maples Personal Care in Winnipeg. A memorial service for Mom will be held at a later date in Carman, MB. Our family wishes to thank staff at Maples and Seven Oaks Hospital for the special care given to our Mom.
