Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryMARK WILSON KEY Passed away on December 18, 2001, after a long bout with cancer. Mark was born on July 18, 1923, in Winnipeg where he spent most of his life. He attended Daniel McIntyre Collegiate before enlisting in the Royal Canadian Navy in 1939. He saw action in the North Atlantic and Mediterranean theatres of war during the Second World War. Upon his return to Winnipeg he spent his working career with the Veterans Land Administration of the DVA, retiring in 1978. He is survived by his wife Jacqueline of 47 years; daughter Valerie; son Mark and wife Brenda; daughter Kathryn and son-in-law Douglas Nuytten and grandson Dylan Nuytten. Mark is also survived by two sisters, Shirley Petrin and Pat Symko, and several nieces and nephews. Cremation has taken place and a memorial service will be held at St. Thomas More Chapel, 66 Birchdale Ave., on Friday, December 21 at 10:00 a.m. A private family interment will take place at Glen Lawn Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society (Manitoba Branch), 193 Sherbrook St., Winnipeg, MB R3C 9Z9.
