Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryLAWRENCE (LARRY) EDWARD SALISBURY Lawrence (Larry) Edward Salisbury, beloved husband of Donna Salisbury, passed away on December 17, 2001 at the Grace General Hospital at the age of 80 years. He was born on September 24, 1921 in Winnipeg and lived there his entire life. Larry served five years with the Royal Winnipeg Rifles in Canada and Continental Europe. He was employed with the Federal Government for 35 years with the Veterans Land Administration. He retired in 1981. Larry was a member of the Royal Winnipeg Rifles Association, Charleswood Legion and the Charleswood Curling Club. Larry leaves to mourn his beloved wife Donna; daughters, Diane and Gail and husband Trevor Barnes; son Douglas; and seven grandchildren all of Winnipeg. Also a brother Leo of BC; sisters, Franceen Hurley and Dolly Pelechaty as well as six great-grandchildren. Cremation has taken place. Memorial service will be held on Saturday, December 22, at 12:30 p.m. at Chapel Lawn Funeral Home, 4000 Portage Ave. Reception will immediately follow the service. Flowers are gratefully declined.
