ANELLA (ANGELA) (ELLA) TESLOVEANU (KOSTISHYN) (nee SMUK) Peacefully, on Wednesday, December 19, 2001, at the St. Boniface Hospital surrounded by her loving family, Anella went home to be with the Lord. Anella was predeceased by her first husband Peter Kostishyn; and by her parents, Anton and Katherine; and sisters, Mary, Betty and Helen. Anella leaves to mourn her husband Jacob and daughter Patricia (Chartier), son-in-law Bernard and grandchild Chantelle; and siblings, Pauline, Stella, Minnie, Peter, John, Joe and Josephine. Stepchildren include Monica, John, Maria, Aurel and Danny. Anellas inner strength, wisdom, capacity to love, integrity, courage, determination touched the hearts of all she knew. Her kind and generous ways, warm gentle smile, and open-armed hospitality were always there. The family would like to extend heartfelt thanks to the staff of St. Boniface Hospital and special friend Pam for their care and support. Anellas life and divine liturgy will be celebrated on Saturday, December 22 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Nicholas Ukrainian Catholic Church, 737 Bannerman Ave., with a Basilian Father officiating.
