VERA WANDA FLATT (nee SACHVIE) Peacefully on Friday, December 21, 2001, Vera passed away at Deer Lodge Centre. Through this all, Vera will be sadly missed and ever remembered by her beloved husband, Ron of 33 years, and by son Kevin (fiancee Kristin Verplaetse), parents, Henry and Wanda Sachvie; brothers, Gerald (Pat) and their children James, Kim (Kirk), Mervin (Holly) and their children Jolene and Derek, Glen (Corinne) and their children Dana and Brad, and mother-in-law Rosalie Flatt. Vera was predeceased by father-in-law William Flatt. Funeral service will be held on Thursday, December 27 at 11:00 a.m. at Peace Lutheran Church, 350 Gilmore Ave., with Pastor Brad Schollenberg officiating. Viewing will be prior to the service. The service will terminate at the church with a luncheon in the Basement Hall. Private urn interment will follow. Heartfelt thanks to all who provided care for Vera during her illness, care provided by HomeCare and the staff at the Deer Lodge Centre. Those who provided the care know who they are, too many to mention including doctors, nurses and aids. Special thanks to Pastor Brad Schollenberg, Vicar Gerry Andersen, Rev. Aubrey Hemminger for all their pastoral care.
