RUDOLPH PETER BACHEWICH May 1, 1931 - December 19, 2001 After a heroic battle at the Grace, and with natural dignity amidst trying circumstances, Rudy, beloved husband of Lillian and father of Debra, Brenda Douglas (Bill), Kim Gama, Lori, Brad (Karen), and Barbara (Graham Konrad), entered into eternal rest. He was predeceased by his parents, Steve and Rose; and sisters, Ollie Nelson and Patricia. Surviving Rudy is sister Ann Zylich (Walter) eight grandchildren, Eleesha and Alaina Douglas, Vanessa and Ryan Gama, Jessica, Pamela, Lisa and Michael Bachewich; one great-grandson Kanen Douglas Ling; and his mother-in-law Mrs. Elizabeth Lypchuk of Tisdale, SK. Rudys first career began in 1950 with Manitoba Hydro. Later on, along with his parents, he operated the Rhineland Hotel in Altona. Rudy and Lil also had a mobile home business in Winnipeg. In 1976 he began yet another career as dispatcher with Kleysen Transport. A private family service to be held. Arrangements by Wereschuk Funeral Chapel. "Dad is finally Home".
