Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryJENNIE BELLE WEBB (nee RUDDUCK) After a lengthy illness, Jennie passed away on Tuesday, December 25, 2001, at the Bow Island Hospital in Bow Island, AB. Jennie was born on August 31, 1904 in Taylor Township, MI, the oldest child of Oris T. Rudduck and Alice Marion Prouty. The family lived in Northville, MI for awhile and when Jennie was nine they moved to Milan, MI where she completed her education at Milan High School in 1923. Jennie then worked for the Ford Hospital in Detroit where she met Bob Webb of Winnipeg. They were married on October 14, 1925 and moved to Cincinnati, OH. In October 1927 they moved to Winnipeg where Jennie lived for the rest of her life except for the last seven years in Bow Island. She was predeceased by her father in 1974; her mother in 1967; her husband Bob in 1972; her brothers, Paul and Stephen; and sister Hazel. Jennie is survived by her son Jack (Doris) daughters, Jean (Warren) Steuart, Marjorie MacIver, Dorothy (Mac) Drope, and Nancy (Charles) MacLean; brothers, Milford of Adrian, MI, Roy of Fountain Inn, SC and Harold of Marquette, MI; sisters, Florence ODonnell and Eleanor Auten of Milan, MI. There are also 17 grandchildren; 27 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren. Jennie was an early member in Winnipeg of the American Womans Club; Past President and longtime member of Chapter B of the P.E.O. Sisterhood; a member of the Lionelles; Honourary Life Member of the Craft Guild of Manitoba; Honourary Member of the Canadian Crafts Council and the China Painters Guild. A memorial service will be held on Thursday, January 3, 2002 at 2:00 p.m. at Westworth United Church, 1750 Grosvenor Ave., Winnipeg.
