SUE YOST (CHRISTENSEN) (nee MORISETTE) Sue passed away on December 26, 2001 at Wascana Rehabilitation Centre at the age of 89 years. She was predeceased by her father, Albert Morisette in 1914; her mother, Anna Morisette in 1974; her sister, Pearl Gaudet in 1980; and her husbands, Carl Christensen in 1978 and Ken Yost in 1990. A loving mother and grandmother, she has one son, Stephen Christensen of Regina and his family Donna, Mike and Hope. Sue was also very close to Kens family, Greg of Ottawa and his five children, (Jackie, Sarah, Ken, Edwin and Pearl), Raymond in Denver and Caroline in Ottawa. Sue resided in Winnipeg for most of her life. She worked in a variety of stores for many years and then worked at both local newspapers in her later life. She was a member of St. Marks Lutheran Church for over twenty-five years. She moved to Regina in 1992 to reside with her son and his family. She greatly enjoyed the staff and clients at the William Booth Adult Day Program. The family wishes to extend their deepest gratitude to the staff at Unit 2-5 at Wascana Rehabilitation Centre for taking such great care of Sue. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, December 29 at 11:00 a.m. in Speers Funeral Chapel, (College Avenue Entrance), 2136 College Ave., Regina with Dr. Dennis Lueck officiating, and on Monday, December 31, 1:30 p.m. in St. Marks Lutheran Church, 600 Cambridge St., Winnipeg with Rev. Rick Sauer officiating. Interment in Chapel Lawn Cemetery, Winnipeg. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made, in Lillians memory, to the William Booth Adult Day Program, 50 Angus Road, Regina S4R 8P6.
