YVONNE LEONARD Peacefully, on Saturday, December 29, 2001 at the St. Boniface Hospital, Yvonne Leonard, at the age of 67 years. She is survived by her two daughters, Joyce of Edmonton, AB and Brenda (Robert) Miller-Tate of Brandon, MB; four sons, Edmund Ridgen (Teresa) of Calgary, AB, Frank Ridgen (Lisa) of Winnipeg, Charles Ridgen (Mary) of Edmonton, and Christopher Ridgen (Liz) of Brandon; 15 grandchildren; also six sisters and three brothers; as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Mom was predeceased by her sister Cecile and her stepsister Terri. Mom relished the idea of going to bingo and shopping sprees at her "boutiques". She also volunteered at the Food Bank at the St. Emile Church, which she enjoyed very much. We would like to thank all of her friends at the Louis Riel Chalet for all their support and love, also thank you to our aunts and uncles that made our mothers last days happy and comfortable. Funeral mass will be celebrated on Thursday, January 3, 2002 at 1:30 p.m. in the St. Emile Church, 556 St. Annes Rd., with Rev. Fr. Rene Peeters presiding. Interment will follow in the St. Boniface Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Food Bank in care of St. Emile Church, 556 St. Anness Rd., Winnipeg, MB. P. COUTU & CO.
