Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryAUGUST WAGNER The family of August Wagner of Calgary are deeply saddened by the passing of our beloved father and grandfather. August went to be with his Lord on December 31, 2001 at the age of 86 years. He will be sadly missed by his son Siegfried; daughter-in-law Lydia; and grandsons, Richard and his wife Diana, and Colin and his fiancee Lin, all of Calgary. August was predeceased by his wife Johanna in 1995 and daughter Ingrid in 1967. He is also survived by his sisters, Selma and Alvine; and brother Otto, all of Europe. August was born in Latvia on July 15, 1915. He and his family lived in Germany until immigrating to Canada in 1963 and then moved to Calgary, AB in 1968. He was a long time member of the Pentecostal Church. August was a very clever and inventive person. Those wishing to pay their respects may do so at McINNIS & HOLLOWAYS "Crowfoot Chapel", (82 Crowfoot Circle N.W., Calgary, Alberta), on Thursday, January 3 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Funeral Services will be held at McINNIS & HOLLOWAYS "Crowfoot Chapel" (82 Crowfoot Circle N.W., Calgary, Alberta) on Friday, January 4 at 2:00 p.m. Graveside Service to follow at Queens Park Cemetery.
