JOHN HENRY STEINGART On Tuesday, January 1, 2002, at the Steinbach Bethesda Hospital, Mr. John Henry Steingart of Niverville passed away at the age of 93 years. He leaves to mourn his passing his children, Mary and Hugo Epp, John and Lee Steingart, Amanda and Frank Harder, Vera and Jim Lohr, Edward and Thelma Steingart, Vern Steingart, Harry Steingart, Madeline and Bob Millburn, Frank and Esther Steingart, Walter and Marlene Steingart, Leona and Bob Custeau; grandchildren, numerous great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren; one brother Frank; two sisters, Sally Janzen and Nettie Dyck; numerous nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his wife Mary in 1997; and by his children, Rosealind, Hildegard, Jackie, Evelyn, Adina and Betty. Funeral service will be held on Monday, January 7 at 2:00 p.m. at Elim Mennonite Church in Niverville with Pastor John Bergman and Pastor Tassos Xanthopoulos officiating. Interment will follow in Niverville Cemetery. Donations in his memory may be made to CancerCare Manitoba. Arrangements entrusted to Loewen Funeral Chapel of Steinbach. 204-326-1351.
