HELEN MARGUERITE McPHERSON (nee CLARE) Helen Marguerite McPherson former employee of The Oakville Daily Journal Record and Oakville Beaver. Passed away on Thursday, January 3, 2002 at the Oakville Trafalgar Memorial Hospital. She was predeceased by her husband Donald (July 21, 1996). She is survived by sons, Dennis Maughan (Leona) of Surrey, BC, Evan McPherson of Oakville; daughters, Holly Newton (Jim) of Hamilton and Kit Kress (Brian) of Oakville; and three wonderful granddaughters, Heather and Julie Kress of Oakville and Alison Newton of Seattle, WA; also survived by sister Blanche Mathewson and brother Walter Clare of Winnipeg, MB and many cherished nieces and nephews. At her request, cremation followed by a private family service at graveside at the McPherson family plot at Lakeview Cemetery, Thorold, ON. Arrangements by the Karl A.
