BEATRICE SARA JANE SCHICK (nee PRESTON) On Friday, January 4, 2002 with her family by her side, Bea Schick peacefully passed away from this world, at the age of 72 years. Bea was predeceased by her parents, Sadie andJimy Preston and her sister Eileen Martin. Mom will be lovingly remembered by her daughters, Leslie (Garry Doucette), Kelly (Bruce Gibson) and son John (Lynn) grandchildren, Rhiannon, Kendra, Matthew, Caitlyn and Hunter. She is also survived by her sister Colleen (Ron Frank) from Calgary; and brothers, David Preston from Winnipeg and Jim Preston from British Columbia. Special thanks to the staff on 5A and 2MICU at the St. Boniface General Hospital for their loving care. Memorial service will be held on Thursday, January 10 at 1:30 p.m. in the Desjardins Funeral Chapel, 357 Des Meurons St. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Beaus name, to the Manitoba Lung Association, 629 McDermot Ave., Winnipeg, MB, R3A 1P6.
