HUGH CRAWFORD CARSON 1925 - 2002 Peacefully, with his family by his side, Hugh passed away at the Grace Hospital on January 12, 2002. He was predeceased by his brother Colin and his son Allan. Hugh leaves to mourn his wife Kay; sons, Colin and Donald (Morgan) daughter Nancy (Travis) grandchildren, Anthony Carson, Joseph Carson, Ryan, Eric, Colin and Cory Lynds; brother-in-law Clynton Pringle (Betty) as well as his nieces and nephew. Many thanks to Jeanette Carson for her loving help and kindness. Hugh was a wonderful husband, father and grandfather. We will miss his humour and his stories. He was employed by M.T.S. for 37 years and had served in the Royal Canadian Navy in the Second World War on the Camrose. An avid golfer, he was a longtime member of Assiniboine Golf Club. Hugh was a kind and gentle man, truly a fine friend. At Hughs request cremation has taken place and there will be no service. Donations may be made in Hughs memory to the Childrens Wish Foundation, 350 St. Mary Ave., Winnipeg, MB, R3C 3J2. It broke our hearts to lose you, But you did not go alone, For part of us went with you. We will never lose your memory. You will always remain in our hearts.
