CECELIA JOAN (SALLY) McKECHNIE Passed away peacefully in Calgary, AB on January 7, 2002 after enjoying the holiday season. She will be lovingly remembered by her devoted daughter Margaret and her daughter Heather (Ron) and loving grandchildren, Alan and Shawna (Jeff) in Calgary. Sally will be sadly missed by her brother Frank Urbanoski as well as numerous nieces, nephews and special friends. She was predeceased by her husband Hugh McKechnie on June 20, 1956, her mother and father, numerous brothers and sisters and many dear friends. Sally resided in Winnipeg and was an employee of the T. Eaton Company from the mid 1950s until 1988. A service of remembrance was held at Deer Park United Church in Calgary on January 9. A celebration of her life will be held in Winnipeg at a later date. If friends so desire, memorial tributes may be made directly to Margaret McKechnie or to a charity of the donors choice. Sally will always be remembered for her great love of family and her gift of hospitality.
