Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryYVONNE FLORENCE SPENCE On Friday, January 18, 2002, Yvonne Florence Spence (nee Desjarlais) passed away at the Ste. Rose General Hospital at the age of 49 years. She leaves to mourn her passing and cherish many fond memories, her husband Joseph Spence; two daughters, Stephanie (Eugene) Laquette, Suzette Spence; one son Jonathon Desjarlais (Jennifer) seven grandchildren, Christine, Brittany, Trishia, Krista, Dominik, Troy and Martina; her parents, Roseanne and Frank Desjarlais; her six sisters and four brothers, Audrey (Eldon) Campbell, Denise Desjarlais and Jack Fleming, Patrick Desjarlais and Lorraine Jenks, Wayne (Charlene) Desjarlais, Floyd Desjarlais and Glenda Whitford, Kathleen Desjarlais and Robert Whitford, Viola (Vernon) Klein, Andy Desjarlais and Elaine Racette, Iris Desjarlais and Stu McNichol, Priscilla Desjarlais and Geoff Edwards; two sisters-in-law, Kathleen Joan Desjarlais and Lisa Desjarlais; her mother-in-law Claudia Spence; her in-laws, Ivan (Verna) Spence, Rene Spence, Freda Spence and Lewis Leroy, Andrew Spence and Sam DeDenus, Doris Spence, Herman (Vivian) Spence, Lloyd Spence and Carol Flett, Bill (Svava) Spence, Vida (Rodney) Mailman, Corinne Spence and Brian Barker; along with numerous nieces and nephews and extended family and friends. Prayers were offered on Monday, January 21 at 7:00 p.m. from the Ste. Rose Memorial Chapel. Funeral service will be held on Tuesday, January 22 at 2:00 p.m. from the Ste. Rose de Lima Roman Catholic Church. Fr. Michel Nault will officiate, with the interment following in the St. Thomas Roman Catholic Cemetery, Eddystone, MB. Donations may be made in memory of Yvonne to the Canadian Cancer Society. Ste. Rose Memorial Chapel, Ste. Rose du Lac, Manitoba in care of arrangements. (204) 447-2444.
