Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryVIOLET YACKEL Suddenly on Friday, January 18, 2002, Violet passed away at her home. She will be sadly missed by her close friend of 47 years, Ann Hiebert; adopted daughter Mary; nephew Clarence (Shirley) brother Roy (Nellie) as well as many nieces and nephews. Violet was born July 31, 1922. Violet loved life and was a very independent and industrious person, and someone you could always call on for help. Cremation has taken place. A memorial service will take place at a later date. Flowers are gratefully declined. Donations in Violets memory would be appreciated to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Manitoba, or the Canadian Diabetes Association. i loved my grandmother very much she had raised my father and she was the only good thing to come out of our broken relationship it hurts not to be mention like i was never existed in her world but i along with my brother and 2 sisters were her only grandchildren and we shouldn't be forgotten she was a grandmother to all of us and we loved her dearly and i still miss her to this day i will think of you always and forever!!!!
