All who loved and cared about Mary and her family are invited to a celebration of her life to be held Wednesday, January 23 at 1:00 p.m. at Glen Lawn Funeral Home, 455 Lagimodiere Blvd. (south of the Royal Canadian Mint). The family wishes to extend their heartfelt thanks to all who gave their support to Mary and her family during the past few months. Sincere thanks for every visit, card, phone call, kind word and gesture. Special thanks to Dr. Bruce MacLeod and assistant Lesia for their compassionate care over the years; to Fr. Alex Drobot and Chaplain Rosalind Bradford for their beautiful words, blessings and comfort; and to Mums caregivers, most notably nurse Monica, nursing assistant Mir, Drs. Daenick and Pandya; and home care workers, Kathy, Erica and Anne-Marie who made it possible for Mary to have a cherished night at home. Remember me in your heart, your thoughts and your memories of the times we loved, the times we cried, the times we fought, the times we laughed. As you look upon a flower and admire simplicity, remember me. For if you always think of me, I will never have gone.
