Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryANNIE MART (nee FORZLEY) It is with deep sorrow we announce the passing of our mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and sister, Annie Mart on Friday, January 25, 2002 at Beacon Hill Lodge. Annie will be lovingly remembered by her sons, Bob (Lil), Paul Jr. (Marge) brothers, Jim, Norman, Tom and her sister Vicky, also sisters-in-law, Millie, Dorothy (BC) and Ann; grandchildren, Alan (Madeleine), Brad (Connie), Chris (Christine), Donna (John), Bill (Karen) and Wayne (Giselle) great-grandchildren, Curtis, Holly, Robbie, Patrick, Cindy and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband Paul Sr.; parents, Charlie and Rose Forzley; two of her brothers, Bill and John; sister Betty Haddad of Rockford, Ill. She was also predeceased by sisters-in-law, Marge, Bunny and Kay and brothers-in-law, John and Peter. Annie was born March 6, 1911 and grew up in Winnipeg. In 1929 she married Paul Mart Sr. a painter and decorator. She was a sewing machine operator and spent many years working for Western Glove and Buffalo Glove. They raised their two sons in a close knit family circle with their extended families. Because of her blindness and progressive Alzheimer disease, she spent her last two and a half years at the Beacon Hill Lodge, where she was cared for by a very caring and compassionate staff. We thank you. Cremation has taken place and a Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, February 2 at 11:00 a.m. at Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1442 Main St. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Annies memory to C.N.I.B. or Alzheimer Society.
