Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryOLIVE (PAT) ROXTON 1918-2002 It is with deepest sorrow the family announce the passing of our much loved wife, mother and grandmother on Wednesday, January 23, 2002 at Golden Links Lodge with her devoted husband at her side. She was predeceased by her parents, Peter and Mary Manion; four brothers, Bill, Mike, Lloyd, and Earl; and infant daughter Gayle. She is survived by her husband of 54 years Arnold, son Dale, daughter Lorene Bjornson (John) and grandchildren, Tyler Bjornson (Pam) and Brooke Bjornson; and brother Ed Manion (Agnes). Pat was born on December 19, 1918, in Greanan, SK. Her youth was spent in Ontario. In 1947 she married Arnie and together they lived in Regina, SK, Cold Lake, AB, Glenboro, MB, Sherwood Park, AB, and retired to Winnipeg to be nearer to her children in 1986. She worked in various jobs throughout life but her most important job was raising her children. Prior to a life changing stroke that she suffered in 1987, Pat loved to sew and took great pride in her home and yard. Pat was a long time member of the Anglican Church. Funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 26 at 11:00 a.m. in St. Mary Magdalene Anglican Church, 3 St. Vital Rd., with The Rev. Bob Webster officiating. The family would like to thank the staff of Golden Links Lodge for their patience and kindness during her four month stay. LEATHERDALE GARDINER 1501 Waverley Street 949-4860
